Malcolm has worked in the City and its immediately adjacent office markets since 1980. He heads the Ingleby Trice disposal and acquisition team and writes the commentary to our long running monthly City Floorspace Survey.

Jake joined Ingleby Trice in 2005 and became a partner in 2011.

He has a wealth of experience providing strategic advice on letting, development, investment and asset management. Jake prides himself on providing professional, independent, progressive advice.

He has worked with numerous family offices and High Net Worth individuals as well as companies such as Prestbury, Blackstone, Canada Life, Helical, Great Portland Estates, F&C REIT and Land Securities. The main geographic focus of Jake’s expertise is in Central London and the Docklands but his involvement for clients has included all of the UK.

Veronika joined Ingleby Trice in 2001 and works on the disposal and acquisition of offices in Central London, advising amongst others LFF Real Estate Partners, Standard Life Investments, F&C REIT Asset Management, Amsprop Estates, Marsh, CBRE Global Investors and Dorrington.

Veronika is also responsible for our Research, including our monthly City Floorspace Survey.

Alec joined Ingleby Trice in 2013. He has a degree from the University of Nottingham in Civil Engineering and French and holds an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School.

Alec focuses on supporting transactional work by undertaking due diligence, detailed appraisals and financial modelling. He also undertakes asset management and development consultancy, as well as providing strategic leasing and investment advice.

Alec’s clients include Sutton’s Hospital in Charterhouse, Blackstone, Helical, The Colville Estate and The Leathersellers’.

Mark joined Ingleby Trice in 2014 and works advising on the disposal and acquisition of leasehold offices in Central London.

Mark worked in Investment Banking for UBS in New York and London from 2010-2011, before moving to Horizon Asset LLP, a London based Hedge Fund from 2011-2014.

Mark’s experiences studying for his MSc in Urban Real Estate Management and Development resulted in a desire to work in property at Ingleby Trice.

Nick has specialised in the office letting and development markets in the City for 35 years and was involved in many of the early major schemes including Broadgate Estate and Paternoster Square. He has been the retained Surveyor for The Leathersellers' Company since 1994. He has recently undertaken both dispute resolution and Expert Witness work.

Ian Tanner

Ian has operated in the City and Central London since 1987. He advises a broad portfolio of occupiers and landlords including NYSE Euronext, Davis Polk & Wardwell, Regus Group, Network Rail, Transport for London and Blackstone.

As a rating specialist he has extensive experience in analysing all opportunities for rates savings including general rates appeals, claims for partial occupations, general rates management - including ways to minimise empty rates charges – and budgeting advice.
