Veronika joined Ingleby Trice in 2001 and was promoted to Partner in 2021. She specialises in advising UK and international landlords and tenants on the acquisition and disposal of office space, with a particular focus on Central London.
Veronika acts for a broad range of leading institutional and private clients, including international asset managers and overseas investors active in the UK market. Her clients include La Française (the asset management arm of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale), Triple-B (an international family group with real estate assets across Europe, the UK and the US), Canada Life, Marsh (a global insurance company), and HansaInvest (a Germany-based real estate management company), as well as UK-focused organisations such as The Mercers’ Company and The Salters’ Company, Bywater, USPG and Cardinal Cheapside.
In addition to her transactional work, Veronika oversees the firm’s research, including the London City Floorspace Survey, providing clients with valuable market insight and analysis.
