Tower Ltd. Partnership
Tower Ltd Partnership own the Tower 42 estate which consists of 7 buildings, the centre piece being the iconic Tower 42. Ingleby Trice initially provided advice during the purchase of the estate in 2012 and have been providing marketing, leasing, refurbishment, place-making and asset management advice since. The team pioneered a flexible leasing policy in the Tower to accommodate the evolving requirements of London occupiers. This policy provided an attractive one-of-a-kind product to the market whilst meeting the specific investment objectives of the client and is something that has now been replicated by other landlords throughout Central London.
